How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time is normally 7–20 business days, depending on the product and destination. We ship items directly from the supplier, which may affect delivery time.

Where are the items shipped from?

The items are shipped from our international suppliers. Delivery time may therefore vary somewhat.

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes! All prices at Utmark include shipping. You pay what you see – no hidden costs.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to follow your package.

Can I return an item?
