Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method and destination:

Standard shipping (CJ Packet) – approx. 15–30 business days to Norway
Express shipping (DHL, FedEx, etc.) – approx. 5–10 business days to Norway

Please note that delivery times may vary, especially during holidays and periods of high demand.

Shipping to Norway and the Nordics

We ship to all of Norway and the Nordics. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all products in the store.

How do we deliver?

All products in the Utmark store are shipped directly from our suppliers in China via CJ Dropshipping. This means that items are packed and shipped directly to you – without intermediaries.

⚠️ Note: Because products are shipped from China, delivery times are longer than when purchasing from Norwegian online stores. We ask you to take this into account when ordering.

Customs and Duties

Goods shipped from China may in some cases be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in Norway. This is the buyer's responsibility and is regulated by Norwegian customs authorities. For goods under 350 NOK, there are normally no customs duties.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Tracking information will be sent as soon as the package is on its way.
